Nikon A1 - the original laser is back
The original laser is back on the Nikon A1 . This means that now it has all the original laser lines; 407 nm, 440nm, 488 nm, 514 nm, 561 nm and 637 nm. ...and it can be used for imaging DAPI again ;)
Leica SP8 confocal now has a 405 nm laser!
Our Leica SP8 confocal is now running again after the upgrade with 405 nm laser. This means that you can now more straightforward image, for instance, Hoechst and DAPI without having to use 2-photon excitation using the picoEmerald tunable IR laser.
